By accessing or using our Application, you acknowledge and fully understand this Privacy Policy and freely consent to the practices described here.
None of the data collected by this app is linked to your identity.
2. Data We Collect
We collect the following categories of data, none of which is linked to your identity:
User Content
Photos or Videos — Used for App Functionality
You may upload or capture photos solely for AI-powered lip filler simulation, lip augmentation preview, Russian lips and lip flip visualization, and lip enhancement transformations. Photos are sent temporarily to our AI provider for processing and are automatically discarded once the transformation is complete. We do not store, extract, or analyze facial features for identification or profiling purposes.
Identifiers
Device ID — Used for Analytics, and Other Purposes
An anonymous device identifier is collected to ensure secure and reliable AI service routing. This identifier is not linked to your personal identity.
Purchases
Purchase History — Used for App Functionality, and Analytics
If you make in-app purchases, transaction data is processed by Apple and RevenueCat to manage your subscription. This data is used to provide access to premium features and to analyze purchasing trends in aggregate.
Usage Data

3. Face Data Collection, Use, and Retention
This section describes in detail how Lipsy handles face data in compliance with Apple's App Store Review Guidelines (5.1.1).
What face data does the app collect?
Lipsy does not collect, store, or retain any face data. Photos you upload may contain faces, but the app does not extract, analyze, or store any facial features, biometric identifiers, or face geometry data. The uploaded photo is processed as a whole image; no face-specific data is isolated or recorded at any point.
How is face data used?
Photos containing faces are used solely to provide AI-powered lip filler simulation, lip augmentation preview, Russian lips and lip flip visualization, and lip enhancement transformations. The processing is entirely automated by AI models that apply visual transformations to the image. The app does not perform facial recognition, face mapping, identity analysis, or any form of biometric identification. No face data is used for advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond delivering the requested transformation.
Is face data shared with third parties?
Photos are transmitted to our third-party AI processing provider, OpenRouter, Inc., solely for the purpose of performing the requested transformation. OpenRouter processes the image, returns the result, and immediately discards the original photo. OpenRouter does not store, retain, or reuse uploaded images. OpenRouter does not extract or retain any face data, biometric identifiers, or facial features from the images it processes.
No other third party receives or has access to your photos or any face data.
How long is face data retained?
Face data is not retained by us or by any third party. Photos exist in OpenRouter's processing pipeline only for the duration of the transformation (typically seconds) and are automatically discarded upon completion. We do not maintain any copies, backups, or derivatives of your photos on our servers.
